Route 66 25th Anniversary Tour
The end of a busy 2010 season for Route 66 was marked with a very special accolade as the band was inducted into the Buffalo Music Awards Hall Of Achievements as the BEST CLASSIC ROCK BAND of the past decade. The ceremony took place in November at Club infinity as the boys were honored along with many other great bands and musicians to make up the year’s class for 2010.
2011 brings lots of excitement as the band celebrates their 25th anniversary of ROCKIN W.N.Y. Our calendar is already filled with a number of bookings at the area’s top clubs along with numerous weddings and parties. We are excited to welcome back to the band Gary Styn as he and Dennis will be sharing the keyboard duties moving forward. We are fortunate to have both of these seasoned musicians as well as good friends in our rock and roll family.
We will be learning new material for this year’s tour as we continue to freshen up our setlist, along with bringing back some of our favorites from past Route 66 shows as a tribute to our 25th anniversary tour.
